banana liquor?! looks like a nice bottle, even if it probably has a weird taste. i mean, does it taste like actual bananas, or like a banana Laffy Taffy?

Re: Zemmy's story 08 Jul 2014 19:45 #234852

Speaking of weird tasting liquor, I recently saw in shul a bottle of sweet potato flavored vodka. (I passed on that - I settled for old Williamsburg instead.)

In other news. Last week I reprimanded the-Rebbe-who-doesn't-serve-black-jellybeanz-at-his-tish for being too Shabbos Chazon-i-dig; he gave me an extra shot of badatz banana liquor to make up for it.

I am blessed to have been able to read your thread. Mostly for the stupid stuff that goes on. and then you'll post this a-bomb that just harpoons me in the kishkus, and makes me re-think things, or weep, or go off and have a talk with HBH. Thanks for being there.
Much love,

Zemmy's thread is the belz, zoological, mesilas yesharim. It pierces the heart like a chinese tree. Feels better than a cold cup of cholinade and a roadkill possum steak. May zemmy continue to moderate his thread, and the site, until the rebbe, leads us to mashiach. Lechayim on some woodford.

amen and thank you for the bracha.
the improvement is that for starters i haven't viewed porn, . For some people that may be a dubious achievement, akin to "5 years of not whacking my ear with a hammer". But for a guy who has spent years whacking his ear with a hammer it is quite the reason for a party.
With time guarding your eyes becomes habitual, notwithstanding the urge and desire we naturally feel to look. I am not deluding myself and saying that i do not need to be careful. Of course i must be vigilant, but it seems the intensity of the battle shifted away from porn-viewing. I also feel more aware of my moods, frustrations and my responses to them. Also made some really good friends, new roadkill cholint recipes and geshtaltzimfleegen upgrades.
Also have the coolest avatar this side of the Hudson and the second highest post-count (just for a week or two, when Cords overtakes me).
